Day Tour to Holy Thessaloniki

Overview :    

Our tour will start from the Acropolis and the ancient walls surrounding the historical center of Thessaloniki. There you can admire the panoramic view of the city, stretched on the shores of the Thermal Gulf. After we will make a sightseeing trip to the shrines of Thessaloniki by bus, with stops near the main sights. We will visit the temple of the Great Martyr Demetrius of Thessalonica, in which his holy relics rest, and in the underground part there is a crypt where St. Demetrius died. The next stop is at the Roman Agora, a tour of the square of Aristotle, the monastery of St. Theodora Mirotochiva, where her holy relics are kept. Also we will visit  The temple of St. Sophia the Wisdom of God. Then we will have a opportunity to pray in the Metropolitan Church of Thessalonica . After that, we will visit the monastery of Theodora, where the relics of this Solunsky saint and of the  Davida Solunskogo. After this, we will have free time, about 1.5 hours.  Then we will visit the the ancient monastery of St. Anastasia Usozhitelitelnitsy (IX cent.) And the nunnery of the Apostle John the Theologian, where the grave of the elder Paisius the Svyatogorets is located.

   Cancellation Policy :

       If you cancel at least 7 days in advance of the schedule departure, there wll be no cancellation fee. If you cancel between 3 and 6 days, there will be a 50 percent cancellation fee. If you cancel within two days, there will be a 100 percent cancellation fee
